Playbill.com's series features actors commenting on their recent theatregoing experiences, what productions they're looking forward to and more. Here, via email, we hear from singing actor Ron Orbach, who plays several roles in the new Broadway musical Soul Doctor at Circle in the Square.

What show recently impressed you?
The Nance — brilliant performances, powerful, funny, important play — I was knocked out by it...

What production are you most excited to see?
Pippin.

What play/musical would you most like to revive on Broadway, and which role would you want to play?
If I ever get famous enough, I would be a pretty awesome Tevye in Fiddler on the Roof, which I played at Sacramento Theatre Circus back in '06, but only for 12 performances, so I am aching to do it again, as it is one of the truly perfect musicals...

What are your current/upcoming projects?
I am looking to get back to teaching acting and hopefully directing again, both of which I enjoy almost more than acting, and I have a family history story I have been cultivating for a number of years that I need to finish...
