Broadway's Janine DiVita makes her debut at 54 Below July 31 with an evening titled Blonde Ammunition.
The 9:30 PM concert features a mix of country, jazz and standards as DiVita tackles "life with dreams of peroxide and a stellar set of pipes."
The show is produced by The Broadway Consortium, LLC, and directed by Kenny Howard with musical direction by Michael Moritz.
DiVita was most recently seen in the Broadway revival of The Mystery of Edwin Drood. She made her Broadway debut playing Rizzo in the most recent revival of Grease, and she has also been seen in Kathleen Marshall's Tony Award-winning Anything Goes as well as the first national tour of Mel Brooks' Young Frankenstein.
