Q1: How much does it cost to post a job opening or audition on Playbill.com?
A: The cost is $24.95 for a 30-day posting.

Q2: Will it cost me anything to view job listings?
A: No, viewing job listings is completely free. With our previous site, one had to be a club member (a free membership) in order to view the job postings, but that requirement has been lifted.

Q3: After submitting my job listing, how long before it appears on the site?
A: Postings will go live 2-3 business days after it has been submitted and approved.

Q4: How do I change or edit my listing once it has been posted?
A: When you submit your job posting, you will receive a confirmation email with Order Number. If you would like a change made to your posting, email jobpost@playbill.com with the Order Number (forwarding your confirmation email is helpful), and we will modify the posting for you within 1-2 business days.

Q5: If the position I posted is filled before the expiry date; how do I get the posting removed?
A: Many have found that Playbill.com's listings provide fast results and plenty of qualified candidates. When you submit your job posting, you will receive a confirmation email with Order Number. Simply email jobpost@playbill.com with the Order number, and we will delete the posting for you within 1-2 business days.

Q6: If I request early deletion of a posting, can I get a partial refund since it wasn't posted for the entire 30 days?
A: Unfortunately, no.

Q7: Is there a specific section for children?
A: Not currently, as our past listings have not warranted a need for its own section. If the number of any particular job postings for a specific category greatly increases or decreases, Playbill On-Line reserves the right to add and delete categories at its own discretion.

Q8: Can I post a job wanted/resume?
A: No.

A: No. We do not permit investment solicitations in our Jobs area.

Q10: Why is my job listing not posted exactly as I submitted it?
A: While in most cases job postings are as exactly as submitted, Playbill.com will modify postings (including editing of titles, content, adding HTML or switching categories) as we see fit
