ANDY BLANKENBUEHLER Broadway: In the Heights (Tony, Drama Desk, Outer Critics, Calloway and Lortel Awards), 9 to 5 (Tony, Drama Desk, Outer Critics nominations) and The Apple Tree at the Roundabout. Other recent credits include The Wiz (City Center), Desperately Seeking Susan (West End), “So You Think You Can Dance” (guest choreographer),as well as the new musical Bring It On (director/ choreographer) at the Alliance Theatre. As a dancer he performed on Broadway in Fosse, Contact, Man of La Mancha, Saturday Night Fever, Steel Pier, Big and Guys and Dolls. He sends boundless love to his wife Elly and children Luca and Sofia.
