DOUG HUGHES’ last production for the Roundabout was A Man for All Seasons. He is delighted to return to the company where he has directed plays by Eugene O’Neill, Patrick Marber, Richard Greenberg, Stephen Belber and Jon Robin Baitz and where he serves as resident director. His productions of The Royal Family and Oleanna were seen last season on Broadway. Other recent Broadway productions include Inherit the Wind, Mauritius, Doubt and Frozen. His work has been seen Off-Broadway at Lincoln Center, the Public Theater, the New York Theatre Workshop, the Atlantic Theater, the Signature Theatre, Theatre for a New Audience, MCC Theater, Playwrights Horizons and the Manhattan Theatre Club. He has been awarded Tony, Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle, Lucille Lortel, Obie and Callaway awards for his productions.
